The video, relies on the girls reaction to the mysterious events, to create the eery tone of the video and the parnormal activity influence. We desired a close up of this reaction to create this.
We wanted to include shots of the whole band playing to create an impact. This shot would be a mid shot with everyone in view.
Each of the choices made by our group about camera movement, shot types, angles and editing were significant to us as a group. The opening shot was a significant shot in creating the tone of the video. We decided to use a mid shot to establish the characters and have the camera pointing towards the mirror to create some familarity. We decided to have a range of shots of the guitar close up to create an 'indie rock' feel. These shots would range from close up to mid shots so that the viewer can see the artist playing.
